Detailed Description

Formatter for reloco::instant.

instant carries no defined epoch (see <reloco/instant.hpp>'s file-level documentation), so it cannot be rendered as a calendar timestamp the way formatters/chrono.hpp's system_clock time-point formatter renders std::chrono::system_clock::time_point. Instead this mirrors that same header's steady_clock time-point formatter: the value's own elapsed time since the default-constructed ("zero") instant – the closest analog to steady_clock's own opaque, monotonic epoch – is rendered as [HH:MM:SS.mmm] uptime.
